Our Process for Engaging Support Services
When you engage our support services, we start by assigning a dedicated Producer or Production Manager to your project. The Producer or Production Manager will work closely with you to understand your specific needs and requirements and develop a comprehensive plan for the project. They will also be responsible for overseeing the project and coordinating with all relevant personnel and service providers.
The fee for the Production Manager role is $600 per day, and this fee covers all of the manager’s responsibilities and services related to your project. The Production Manager’s fee is included in our overall project budget, which is established at the start of the project in collaboration with you.
Service | Day Rate |
Production Manager | US$ 600 |
Once the Producer or Production Manager is in place, we will begin arranging the various personnel and services required to support your project. This includes hiring fixers, location scouts and other support staff, as well as arranging the necessary permits and equipment rentals. We take great care to ensure that all personnel and services are carefully vetted and meet our high standards of professionalism and quality.
Throughout the project, the Producer or Production Manager will be your main point of contact and will keep you informed of progress and any issues that may arise. We believe that effective communication and collaboration is key to the success of any project and we are committed to providing you with the support you need to achieve your goals.

Our Transparent Approach to Pricing: Understanding Production Company Markups in Japan
As a film production company, we are dedicated to delivering high quality productions that meet the unique needs and requirements of our clients. Our team of experienced professionals can provide a wide range of services to support your project, including project management, pre-production planning, casting, location scouting, crew recruitment, equipment hire and more.
As part of our services, we charge a mark-up on the cost of any third party services we arrange on behalf of our clients. This mark-up helps us to cover our costs of managing the project, coordinating with vendors and overseeing the production process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Our mark-up is typically set at 20% ~ 33% of the total cost of the third party services provided. This means that if we arrange a service for your project that costs USD100,000, we will charge a markup of USD20,000 to 33,333 for our services. We believe this fee is fair and competitive within the industry, and we are committed to providing transparency and accountability for all costs associated with your project.
We understand that each project is unique and we are committed to providing a bespoke service to meet your specific needs and requirements. We work closely with our clients to ensure that we provide the best possible service at a fair and reasonable price.
